Conference Center Director Position Purpose/Major Function of the Position:
To further the mission of Colorado Outdoor Education Center by maintaining cleanliness of the conference center environment and ensuring all spaces are neat and pleasant.
Essential Job Functions:
? Cleaning all areas of the conference center, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, changing linens, etc.
? Work with a team of housekeepers ? Clean disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift ? Report an return any guest properties found in the rooms Other Job Duties:
? Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances ? Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience ? Adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices ? Minor paint or similar repairs when guest rooms are unoccupied
Qualifications:
(Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience) ? Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance ? Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances, their operations and proper use of cleaning agents ? Proven willingness to learn Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
? Attention to detail ? Customer oriented and friendly ? Prioritization and time management skills ? Working efficiently without compromising quality Physical Requirements of the Position:
